Dears, I am sorry, but I think you did not understand me.I havre x1 visa, but without residence permit.(I have arrived 02/12/2016)I mean if I'll not apply vor residence permit, and leave the country on 3rd of january, what will be in that case?I don't want to do the residence permit, because of one or 2 days.

Hayk, if so, your layover in China will be more than 30 days, but the X1 type can only allow you to stay in China for 30 days, you will overstay if you leave the country on 3rd of January. It is not advisable. You should leave before 1st January.
