About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi. Do we need a visa for china if we are travelling to vladivostok stop over at beijing airport?

We are flying philippine airlines but has a layover of 20 hours before our aeroloft flight to vladivostok.

Tiff, you enjoy 24h visa-free transit at PEK. You don't need a China visa. But if you want to get out of the airport, just get the stay permit at the airport.
