About:China High Speed Train

G train from Kunming to Beijing?

I heard a G type will start between Kunming and Beijing from January 2017. is that true?

It is possible. The Beijing-Guiyang Part is already available and the high speed rail for Guiyang-Kunming is will be finished soon. A direct bullet ride from Beijing to Kunming should be possible.
