About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

family s1 visa for south african citizen

I have been offered a job in china and my fiance and I are planning to get married soon. How long do we have to be married in order for him to obtain an s1 family type? 'or is there no time period?

Serena, there is no time limit. He can apply for the S1 type after you two get married.
