Question

Hi,Today we got a problem in Pudong. We had some family flying from Denmark to Pudong and should stay in our house in Shanghai a few days before forwarding to Thailand. They arrived in Pudong but departure to Thailand from Hongqiao airport. In the airport they did not get permission to stay, so can you help me understand what was wrong ?And when they travel home again Thailand-Shanghai-Copenhagen, will this also be a problem ?Claus
