About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I qualified for 72 hrs visa-free transfers for both my layovers?

Hello, I'm an italian citizen flying from Bologna to Phnom Penh via Beijing (with a 9hrs layover) and then from Siem Reap to Rome via Guangzhou (with a 23hrs layover).
