Can I spend 4 days in hongkong and macau?

If yes ... actually I needed a perfect programme so I can count on every minute of mine exploring these places without wasting my time.

Hi, one day in Macau is enough, so you can spare the other three days in Hong Kong. You can see the Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbor, Central Street, Lantau Island, Disneyland, Ocean Park.
