About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

i will be arriving by ship in Shanghai on 9 4 2017 & departing by air on 11 4 2017 do i need a visa.

Ralph, if you arrive from a country and depart for a different country, you won't need it as you are eligible for the 144h free transit policy.
