If my final port before Shanghai on a cruise is Taiwan, then I fly back to Australia. ?

Would I be able to get the 144 hour visa?
We are departing on a cruise from Brisbane to Shanghai and flying directly back to Sydney. Keelung is the port of call before Shanghai. We fly out of Shanghai 3 days later.
