Can I apply for Chinese 2 years Travel Document for my child, if my husband is green card holder?

As I know, the travel document is for children who were born in foreign countries but have Chinese citizenships. Besides, one of the parents is also required to have Chinese nationality. I'm afraid you cannot apply for the travel document.1
