"144 hour visa exemption" Shanghai

Dear Sir, dear Madam,
Please can you answer my question about entering Shanghai without visa.

We will arrive at Pudong International Airport by plane on January 24, 2017 from Munich
and we will leave Shanghai by cruise ship via "Port of Shanghai" (Baoshan) to Nagasaki/Japan on January 26,2017. We are German passport holder

Can we enjoy the 144-hour visa-exemption transit policy?

I would be very pleased to receive your answer.
Thank you very much and kind regards from Germany!
