Differing costs in UK and Hong Kong

Could you let me know if it is possible that the cost for a 2+ year multi entry China visa in the UK is £151 (including service charge) but is HK$2920 (approx £292) in Hong Kong?
Have the prices not been updated in HK?

James, I searched on the official website of the Office of the Commissioner of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of PRC, and found the price for UK citizens is HK$2170, approx £221, but I'm not sure whether that is the latest updated price in HK.
