I will be arriving at china ferry terminal by midnight. Can I still purchase octopus card in Jordan station or test station so I can use public transport the following day. Please enlighten me. I can use octopus card for my and bus ride too? Thank you

In general, the opening time of customer service centers is the same as the metro services. They close at around 00:50 at Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan Stations. To get a Standard Octopus Card, each adult need to pay HKD 50 as the deposit and HKD 100 as the stored value. Good luck to you! :)
