Ice and Snow World Opening for 2025

We will be arriving in Harbin on Dec 14 2024. Is the Ice and Snow World open already by then?

The 41st International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in 2025, with the official opening date scheduled for January 5, 2025. And it is reported the Ice and Snow World will be open in middle December, 2024.
