Do India passport holder (US Green card Holder) qualify for 24 hour transit visa at Pudong Airport?

For the layover period between 2 flights.
We are traveling SEA - PVG - DEL and our flight arrives at 6pm and have next day flight at 3pm from Shanghai airport. Will we need to pick up all our luggage or are there any lockers at PVG airport or does the airlines take responsibility of loading it on to our next flight?

Yes, you are eligible to the 24 hours visa-free transit policy. Actually, it is suitable for citizens of all nations.

If you travel with China Eastern, Swiss Airline, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Air New Zealand, or Lufthansa, you needn't claim your luggage. Otherwise, you should collect your luggage and check in again.

You can store your luggage at the Left Luggage Counters between Gate 4 and 5,or between Gate 10 and 11, Departure Hall, T1; between Gate 6 and 7, Guest Greet Area, Arrival Hall, T1; near Island A and M in the Departure Hall, T2; near the International exit in the Arrival Hall, T2. :)
