albanian citizen tourist visit in thailand on january 2017.

Hello,I am an Albanian passport holder with a Chinese Permit residence for 1 year that expires on July 2017.I want to visit Thailand as a tourist for the period of 1 week ( 7 nights), January 16th till January 23, 2017.Do I need to get a tourist visa  before entering, or can I enter without one?Please advise on how should proceed.Respectfully,Bledar TaciLocation:  Zhengzhou,  HENAN
