Hi i wanna book flight from Istambul to haikou (transit in chengdu) and use airbnb in haikoi....possible?

I just will stay and wait 3 hour in chengdu airport to catch another flight to haikoi...i need visa?

Elvis, if you intend to travel to Haikou via Chengdu, you have to obtain a Chinese tourist (L) visa in advance. You cannot use any of visa free or visa on arrival options if you arrive on Hainan island from within mainland China and this is exactly what you plan to do. If you plan to use Airbnb, you should not present that at the time of your visa application. You can use Airbnb, but you will have to present in your visa application other accommodations preferably booked through Booking.com or Agoda or similar that have free cancellation policy and that you will cancel after your visa is granted. You will use Airbnb instead, but keep in mind to be certain that the owner and you make your registration at the police station within 24 hours after your arrival in Hainan.

Yes, unfortunately, you do. As I have mentioned in my first answer, to be allowed to enjoy visa free or visa on arrival options, you have to arrive to Hainan from outside of China.

The problem is in the fact that when you arrive in China, you have to clear the immigration at the first point. So, you will clear the immigration in Chengdu and at that very moment you will be asked about your visa. After Chengdu, you continue by a domestic flight to Hainan and as a foreigner, you are not allowed to travel a domestic flight without a visa with the exception of those using 24 hour visa free transit, but they are in transit between two foreign countries and you are in transit between Turkey and a Chinese destination (Hainan).
