About:Macau Visa Policy

Me& boyfriend would like to visit Macau for 3 days he is albanian I am romanian do we need a visa?

No, 90 days exemption for both. However if you decide to travel to HK then it's 14 days exemption for the Albanian and 90 days for the Romanian there.
