21hrs transit in Guangzhou

Hi there, my wife and I have stopover in Guangzhou for 21hrs, we are holding passports of Pakistan and India. Is it possible to get 24hrs visa at airport and go out in the city?

Yes, it's possible to get the 24h free transit. You need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport to travel in the city.
