About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

JFK (USA) to Guangzhou (CAN) - to Hong Kong (train)-Guangzhou (CAN)-(INDIA) Delhi

I am planning to buy round trip JFK to Guangzhou (CAN) to Delhi. Can I travel from Guangzhou (CAN) to Hong Kong by train during 72 or 144 hours Visa free travel when arriving at Guangzhou (CAN)?

No, since the policy is not in effect yet. You have to fly to Hong Kong from Guangzhou instead if you want to visit Hong Kong.
