Ticket booking and collection method

If I book in advance (approx 2 month in advance) online for tickets for travel from HK to Shanghai (overnight rail) how can I receive them.
Will you be able to post them to me (I live in the uk)
Or will be able to send them to the hotel ( I shall arrive in HK 3 days before my travel but I intend to book 2 months in advance).
Please advise me on the best way to book and collect.
Could them be emailed to me?
