Yes, there are several nice teppanyaki restaurants nearby the SIP. Among them, Tairyo Teppanyaki is highly recommended. It provides nice dishes and the prices are reasonable. The exact location is 4F, SCPG City, No.1699, Modern Avenue, SZ Industrial Park. Hope you like. :)1
