Those documents are needed: your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation from the inviter and copy of the inviter’s Chinese ID card or permanent residence permit and passport, and the relationship certificate.1

Thanks for response but invitation letter how to write my wife don't know about this.This letter need to get from some office or not because I already asked her but she said don't know about this please could you give me some details how to prepare invitation letter
