About:Dalian Airport

I will travel as follows: Seoul-Dalian-Wuhan-Rome.

I called the Chinese Embassy and they told me I don't need a visa as I will do the transfer in less than 24hrs. What are the procedures for the transfer? The airport's website does not contain details as to how to do it.
