refusal of visa by embassy

Can you be refused X1 type if deadline for registration on JW202 is expired although university attached an extension letter whiles school fees has been paid to university

As you said, the university attached an extension letter, so I don’t think your application will be refused because deadline for registration on JW202 is expired. Just go there to apply for it.
