About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Australian Citizens - Travelling on Cruise

Flying from Aus to Hong kong via Singapore - boarding cruise in HK (thru vietnam, Manila, Taipei, Bursan) and ending in Shanghai Intl Cruise port. Staying day and half in Shanghai and then flying back from Shnaghai via Singapore to Aus. Are we eligible for the 144 hr transit visa ? thank you
