About:Beijing Transportation

I am traveling on Hainan airlines from Seattle, Washington, USA to PEK.

In Beijing I have a two hour Layover where I connect to CSX, still flying on Hainan airlines. I am curious as to the procedure upon landing in PEK.
Do I go through customs there, or find my connecting flight and go through customs in Changsha? Thank you.

Hi, dear! The international flights of Hainan Airlines use T2, and its domestic flights use T1. So you will transfer from T2 to T1.

Here are the procedures: Flight Arrival- Inspection & Quarantine-Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection- Baggage Claim- Customs Inspection- Take a free shuttle bus to T1- Checking in & Getting Boarding Pass- Check-in Luggage- Security Check- Waiting & Boarding.

You will go through customs at PEK. :)
