About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am USA passenger i will flight Cairo to beigin with stop in dubai stay at the airport for transfer

My return will Be to New York but the flight will stop again a Dubai airport before flying to New York I will qualify for 72 hours visa

Do you mean Beijing?

So your flight schedule is Dubai - Beijing - Dubai and that means you don´t qualify for the 72h twov.
