About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I fly Sydney Shanghai Malaysia but with a transit stop in Malaysia from Sydney

Because Air Asia go via KL. I will be in transit lounge 1 hour but not thru immigration. Will I be able to claim Sydney Shanghai KL or will it look like KL Shanghai KL because of the stop over.

Shirley, I'm afraid it will look like KL Shanghai KL, so you can't use the free transit facility. You can confirm this with your air line.
