What is the service hours of the 'CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE' at Hong Kong Airport station ?

I am going to depart from HKIA early in the morning and I want to refund my Octopus card before. When does open MTR customer serve centre in the morning?

It is open from 10:30 to 19:00. It is located on Level 5, Arrival Platform, MTR Airport Station.
