About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Where is the Airport Express Customer Service Centre located?

I would like to purchase group of 4 one way ticket to Kowloon, is the Airport Express service Centre next to the Airport Express station where we board the bus? Or can group ticket be bought at ticket machine? Is airport express crowded?

You can easily find the guide boards at arrival hall leading you to the service center and buy tickets there and I'm not sure whether group ticket is available on the machine. The express line is not crowded.
