Visa Application for Foreign Students

Hi there!

I want to visit my friend in China and currently I am a student in Japan. I have a Philippine passport and I want to visit him this winter break but I cannot find the best place to ask for visa application for people like me.

Ryle, currently, you should apply for Chinese entry permit from the CVASC in Tokyo, Nagoya or Osaka according to your living area.
