travel from huanglongxi

Question

Are there direct buses from Huanglongxi to Xi'an? if so, what times do they run and how long does the jounrey take. If there are no direct buses what other connecting route can be used to go from Huanglongxi to Xi'an (with the minimal number of connections / transfers)?

I am sorry that there is no direct transport. You may take a bus to Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station from Huanglongxi (about 1 hour). The buses operate until 18:00 and the fare is around CNY 15. Next, take bus line 55 to North Railway Station. Then, take a bus to XA from the nearby North Bus Station. The buses depart at 9:00 and 17:00, and the fare is CNY 235. The trip takes about 9 hours. :)
