I am arriving at PVG at 7pm on Nov. 7

I will need a taxi to Qube Pudong hotel, at 550 Chuansha Road in Shanghai... do you know what the taxi fare would be for this trip, or if I can take public transportation? I do not speak Mandarin and will need to change $ at the airport for RMB. Thank you!
