My layover is about 4 hours. Are there transfer counters between the terminals where I can check in and get a boarding pass without having to go through immigration/customs?

Hello, Alicia. As long as you book the through trip by air, there is no need to go through the immigration and all transfer procedures can be finished within the transfer desk. If they are separate journeys, you may have to recheck in.
