HelloMy husband needs to apply for a Hong Kong visa next week. He's a Vietnamese national and a resident in Fukuoka. Could you advise if there is any travel agent that can apply on his behalf for a fee? It's hard for him to have a day off next week to travel to Tokyo.ThanksAnh Phan
