to see me and travel China for two weeks. Can i somehow stand in for a visa for her. Or gow should we go about this

Tim, your girlfriend can apply for a tourist L type to PRC to see you. She needs to prepare those documents first including her passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and accommodation arrangement. Afterwards, she can go to the CVASC to submit the application and apply for the L type.
