About:Garden of the Master of the Nets

I am a Nigerian citizen studying in Japan and would like to attend a conference in China

I have my invitation letter from the conference organizers. Do i need to conclude my flight booking and hotel reservation process before applying for visa? I am resident in Kumamoto, can I apply at the consulate office in Fukuoka?

Bella, the hotel reservation and flight booking may not be needed any more because you have the invitation letter.
You may need to apply for it at the CVASC in Tokyo.
