hi- i have a 5 hr layoverwould like to experience shanghai.

Question

A guild recommend me to take the bullet train. I would like to see what stops and points of interest you would recommend before I fly back to the states.

Well, to be honest, 5 hours stopover is too short to tour around the city even though you take the Maglev Train. The reason is that you need to go back to the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Thus, you are advised to stay at the airport. There are several nice local restaurants inside the terminal building. You can eat some food and take some rest. Hope helpful! :)
