Do I need a visa for Macau for a 7 days visit?

I'm Surinamer living in Taiwan and I want to visit Macau for a week.
Do I need an entry permit and where in Taiwan can I get it?

Ed, you need it for Macau for a 7-day visit, but it is possible for you to get it upon arriving there. In this case, you don’t need to apply for it in advance.
