About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Costa Rican traveling to shanghai less than 144 hrs can i be granted free visa

Sorry, I'm afraid Costa Rica is not among the eligible countries, so their citizens cannot enjoy the 144-hour free transit scheme.
