Transit stop over from New Delhi to Pyongyang

I propose to travel by Air China. Do I require Transit Visa at Beijing for change of flight within 24 hours.

No, transit G type entry permit is not required if your layover in Beijing is within 24 hours. You can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit.
