Will there be taxis available that late at night?  And, where do we find them?  How do we identify the ones that are good?

Yes, the taxis are available around the clock. You can find the official taxi stand outside the terminal. There are clear English guiding signs for your convenience. You will find some people waiting in line. By the way, the taxi fare may be around CNY 10.
