Sorry forgot to aksed one more thing is there any specific document required? What are the process.. please guide me so prepare before visit...Hi I am holding vaild Chinese visa but it's single entry. and I am traveling to Taipei Taiwan from cheju South Korea.i have around 12 hrs layover at Xiamen airport so I am eligible for 24 Free transit ?

Parimal, yes, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit. After arriving at Xiamen airport, if you don’t leave airport, you can just stay at transit zone without applying for anything. If you want to leave the airport, you need to go to the immigration office and apply for a free temporary stay permit by showing your passport and air ticket as well as valid entry permit for Taiwan.
