About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Layover of 9 hours at Guangzhou Airport

We are flying from Toronto to Yangon. As we have a 9 hour layover, we will require a quiet lounge area to rest/clean up. Where are the lounges for international flights? Are there any restrictions as far as access is concerned?

Oh, hourly lounges are available in the airport, but they are seem only open for first class and business class ticket holders. I am not sure if you can use that. Just give it a try! If you have no access, walk to the Pullman Airport Hotel opposite the airport to rest and clean up.
