Hello, hope you are doing well.My Egyptian father lives in Kuwait, and he wants to take my Egyptian mother with him. My mother is currently residing in Egypt and my father plans to meet her in China. My father will finish his visa in Kuwait, can you please explain what my mother should do to apply for a visa?

Your mother can apply for a tourist L visa. The first step is to prepare the relevant materials containing her passport and copy of its data page, a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, flight itinerary and hotel booking record. The next step is to submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
