About:Beijing - Shanghai High Speed Train

Is it possible to take a train from macau or hongkong going to bejing? Coming back to macau on same.

You could try this route: Shenzhen - Beijing - Guangzhou - Zhuhai.
From Hong Kong to Shenzhen, take HK Metro. from Zhuhai to Macau, you only need to pass the customs.
