USA citizen apply China Visa in Hanoi

Hi, I'll be in Hanoi on Oct 2016. I want to apply for China Visa 10 year L tourism or F. I have an invitation letter for non-business cultural. I would like a 10 year visa...Will that be possible? And how much is the fee for a rush process, 1 day?

It is possible. The tourist L visa will cost USD 140, but I’m not sure about the extra fee for rush service. You will know the rush service fee when you go to the embassy.
