About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am Belorussian working in Taiwan (a residence permit).

Hello,
How can I do to get China tourist visa? And if I have any chance to get it in a third country?
(I have never been in China)

You can find an agency to apply for it on your behalf. Maybe there is 50% chance for you to get it in a third region.
