What transportation would you recommend us to take and how?

Well, according to your situation, you are advised to take a taxi from PVG to your hotel. This would be a convenient way for you to choose. Notably, one cab only only accept 4 passengers at a time. So you can hire two. For one cab, it would cost CNY 170-180 in the day time.
